Winter hours, the PAWS shelter will be open to the public for
adoptions from 10.30 a.m. until 1.30 p.m., EXCEPT for Sundays' & Mondays'.
During these hours staff will be available to help you if you want to view and
adopt one of the resident or fostered dogs. You may visit the shelter or
telephone 678 490 235. Many of the dogs available for adoption may be seen on

PAWS NEEDS YOUR HELP: As the People's Animal Welfare Society is a registered charity run almost entirely by a volunteer workforce, and funded through events and charitable donations. You too can help PAWS through a one time donation, very easily, for any amount you wish, via PayPal (i.e. using a major credit card). The Society urgently needs the time and talents of a variety of individuals to help them in their work of caring for and re-homing stray and abandoned animals. Whether you prefer office work, public relations, or actual hands on with the animals, any amount of time, energy or expertise you may have to offer would be greatly appreciated.

Non-PAWS Animals looking for a new home section: Often, individuals who have dogs or cats are no longer able to take care of them. Perhaps the owners are getting older, moving to a foreign country, or are in need of financial help. These owners often are desperate to find a good home for their dog or cat - and often they need to find somewhere quickly.
