Jackie’s origins are unknown. She was found wandering in the local countryside, where a man had threatened to kill her, and was brought to Paws.

Jackie is extremely timid and fearful of people and is only trustful of her regular caretakers, though she is good with other dogs. Fortunately Jackie’s original rescuer has now offered her foster care.

By being a PAWS-PATAS Sponsor dog Jackie now represents the plight of many other dogs who have known hardship, abuse and abandonment.
